The following is adapted from the 30 Days of Prayer guide:
News from the Horn of Africa is often related to political unrest, conflicts, drought and hunger. There are about 20 million Somalis, and many of them live in other countries around the world. Let us welcome them and care for them and let them experience peace.
Pray for peace and restoration from drought and war for Somalia and its people. Pray that the Somali diaspora would meet hospitable followers of Christ who would show them peace. Pray that Somalis would experience the peace found in Jesus Christ.
