Updates
Chile
The Chilean team just finished Horizons with a new group. They are also preparing for Catalyst, which they’ll be having before the end of the year.
Damarys and Jessica continue their long term trip process.
Silvia is a field partner in Asia. Recently, she had to travel back to Chile because of her mother’s poor health. I ask for your prayers for Silvia’s mother.
Bolivia
Bolivia’s base is growing! Angel, Bolivia’s country coordinator, and his wife, Noira, have a new baby, Isaac, born June 28th. Global Teams Latin America keeps growing fast. We give the glory to God for this! The Bolivia base also sent a representative to the retreat held in Mexico.
The process with the Flores family and their departure for their long-term trip is still ongoing. I beg your prayers so that I may visit this base and train its members since none of them have received training.
Our sister, Lidia, continues working in a country in Asia.
Projects
Coffee: Our project with coffee has evolved in an amazing way. The second and third stages of this project have developed greatly! We hope that by the end of the year we’ll harvest the first crops. Glory to God!
Mushroom House: We hope to restart with our edible mushroom project later this month.
Prayer Requests
- Please pray for provision for a new truck. It is 20 years old, and we think it’s time to replace it, but we don’t have the means for it yet.
- Pray for our finances because they have decreased considerably.
- Pray that God would use our recent trainings and retreats to glorify Him and to extend the reach of the Gospel around the world.
