After spending yesterday evacuating others in a duckboat, Padre Rafael Villareal Falquez
of Mision Santa Cruz, was evacuated himself, along with his congregation when his neighborhood – and church – was flooded. Mision Santa Cruz is in one of the poorer, low-lying areas of Houston. Please pray for Father Raphael and his church. This poor parish will need lots of help rebuilding after the flood waters recede!
